This is the best book store in Baltimore! I have been a customer and a regular of eightbar for years and I have always had a wonderful experience. The owners and the employees are super passionate and knowledgeable about all things books, comics, pop and sub culture. You will always find what you are looking for and if you don't they will order it for you.

This place is a true neighborhood gem! It's worth a stop if you like comics, graphic novels, sci-fi, or quirky books about science. They have something for everyone! It's so well organized and has a lot of unique titles. The books are all new and the prices are reasonable. The staff and patrons are both friendly. Would highly recommend!

Staff are always friendly and helpful! Fantastic and unique collection. Great place to grab a drink and chat with interesting people if the bar in the back is open. If you are looking for any of the above, you can’t beat Atomic Books. If you are looking for a restroom, maybe go someplace else, and don’t base your petty review on the availability of a toilet in a book store.

This comic book store/bar was one of my favorite stops on a recent trip to Baltimore! The staff was extremely friendly and was accommodating enough to sell me a display Godzilla figurine because they were otherwise out of stock. The bar room was cozy and very cool and the selection of comics was awesome with some excellent deals as well. Overall these guys rock 🤘🏼⚛

This is a pretty nice book store. Well organized and stocked. I went in with my son looking for comics, although they didnt carry what he was looking for, they had a lot of others he appreciated. The service was delightful.

Great local bookshop. Graphic Novel, zines, comica and a small section of other books. It's a lot of fun.

I highly recommend this Cool book store. They have a variety of books, from fiction to nonfiction as well as occult and some science fiction. I would come back again for Tolkein's series. They also sell lots of goods and some cute miniature or figurines from Japan.

I enjoyed my visit to Atomic Books. I found a lot of books that I had never heard of and there's a lot of locally themed items there too. Staff is friendly and the store has a real chill vibe to it. Street parking was easy. I've been seeking out locally owned small businesses, I'm glad I found this one. I'll definitely be back.
